The internet would most likely lay in wastes, too. If you desperately needed something to eat and knock on the door of a farmer somewhere far from chaos and war, guess how thrilled he would be to trade a few eggs for Bitcoin! This shit would be worthless, you would not evebe able to acces your wallet or transfer the Bitcoin! Bitcoin has no intrinsic value. Gold at least can be used for electronics, in lots of industrial processes, in art... Bitcoin is worthless. You could also just create 21 million pink plastic bunnies and tell people those are worth something. By design Bitcoin is a Ponzi scheme. It cannot create value unlike a company producing and selling goods and give out shares and pay dividends. All those Crypto advocates just need to fuel the hype so more dumb idiots buy coins so the early investors can sell all the worthless crap for higher prics.

Y'know, something I've noticed about a LOT of theists, particularly in America. I mean this both for megachurch pastors all the way to your average person... First of all, there's no two ways about it, these people are in a death cult. No really, I can't say this kindly anymore. They TRULY want THIS world to end and another * better * one (for them) to begin. This is a story as old as time, it's the, "me / my group who agrees with me are special, WE'RE chosen" and then they name some deity or deities who just happen to agree with all of their beliefs and then they continually convince themselves they're special and you simply aren't. The other thing is... and this is more for the average person rather than the ultra rich prosperity theology pastors that I am convinced are agnostics at best.... There are an awful lot of theists who, even though they fully believe they are going to die and go to a place infinitely better than where they are now... My god do they REALLY love material wealth on this Earth right now. I'm talking cars, big houses, cushy jobs, screwing others over to get what they want... It's crabs in a bucket (climbing over others to get something with no care what happens to them) every single time.
